Meet Dorrie Swanson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Dorrie Swanson (she/her), DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in working with adults with ADHD. Dr. Swanson provides individualized, collaborative care to adults throughout the San Francisco Bay Area at Finding Focus Psychiatry.
Dr. Swanson understands the challenges of finding a qualified mental health care provider with the availability and training to meet patients where they are. That’s why she focuses on providing person-centered care through telehealth appointments.
Dr. Swanson performs comprehensive mental health evaluations and coaching to ensure patients receive effective stress-free mental health care. As an attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) specialist, Dr. Swanson can help patients manage their symptoms through therapy, medication, and coaching.
Dr. Swanson is thrilled to welcome new patients and help each person reach their personal and professional goals at Finding Focus Psychiatry.

Monica Ghorbani
Monica has worked in healthcare for over 16 years and has experience in patient education, advocacy, and operations management. She holds a deep passion for the patient experience, which has been the driving force throughout her career.
At Finding Focus, Monica dedicates her efforts to ensuring all patients feel welcomed and supported through each and every interaction. She believes healthcare should be patient-centered, inclusive and unbiased.
In her free time you can find her loving on her children, and cherishing time with family and friends.
