FAQs

What are your cancellation and no-show policies?

We are excited you’ve scheduled with us!

If you have a scheduling conflict, we can reschedule your appointment up to 2 business days before your appointment without being charged.

We also understand that sometimes life is out of our control. We will waive one ‘life happens’ scheduling error, if it arises. And of course - please try your best to update us if something comes up so we can offer the time to another patient.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?

We live in a fast paced world where time flies! Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for you to check-in (and trouble shoot any pesky technical issues that may arise).

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will close out the online appointment room and will contact you to book a new appointment.

Our policy ensures we have the time needed to discuss your care without rushing.

Will my insurance cover my costs?

Insurance can be used to cover prescription costs. We also accept pay via credit/debit card or HSA/FSA cards. If you have a PPO policy, you may be reimbursed by your insurance for a portion of the out-of-network charges.

We have partnered with Reimbursify to ease the process of submitting your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement.

What if my insurance plan isn't accepted by Finding Focus Psychiatry?

Not a problem - we are still here to provide you an exceptional care experience.

We are able to process your care as an out-of-network provider. An out-of-network claim means that your health insurance company can reimburse you for money spent on healthcare services with a provider not normally covered in your insurance’s network.

We will provide you with a superbill* to submit to your insurance. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

*A superbill is an itemized form which details services provided to a patient.

We are passionate about providing simple access to quality care. Therefore, we accept payments made by debit and credit cards (including HSA or FSA accounts linked to a card).

When you sign up, you will be prompted to input your payment information. This will be securely stored for visits and prescriptions payments.
